DVDs and Audio-Visual section

A WHOLE room in the library is devoted to DVDs, audio-books, music and jigsaw puzzles.

The DVD section is divided into genres for easy browsing. These include: drama, classics, thriller/action, crime, romance, comedy, documentary, musicals and TV series.

There is even a 'Recommended' section for those with limited browsing time.

New titles are added to our DVD shelves every month. In addition to a wide range of movies covering releases over several decades, we also offer a wide choice of popular British and American television dramas and series, together with a range of documentaries on topics as diverse as nature and cricket.

Below you will find highlighted some of those titles added to the shelves in recent months, together with some listings information and its rating on the Internet Movie Database.

The ratings are out of 100 and the ratings themselves are based on the votes of ordinary viewers, rather than critics.
